Using Email Scout Reports

Email Scout Reports are automated summaries of your quarantined emails. They let you:

• See which messages were caught by the spam filter
• Release or delete messages with a single click
• Whitelist trusted senders directly from the report

They’re a fast and easy way to manage email filtering without logging into the portal every day.

1. Go to quarantine.tonmly.com
2. Log in with your email and one-time link
3. Navigate to My Settings > Protection Report
4. Click Edit beside your email address

You’ll be able to adjust the report to your preferences.

Customize the following:

• Frequency: Daily or immediate delivery
• Language: Choose your preferred display language
• Format: HTML (default) or plain text
• Attach PDF: Get a downloadable version of the report
• Template: Choose from available layout options

You can preview the report to see how it will look before saving changes.
