Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Make sure you're uploading an HTML file (.html or .htm extension). Some browsers save with different extensions - rename the file if needed.

The file might be corrupted or empty. Try exporting again from your browser, or check that you actually have bookmarks to export.

If you have thousands of bookmarks, the file might exceed 10MB. Try organizing your bookmarks in the browser first, or contact support for assistance.
